Vladimir graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences University of Belgrade, after which he obtained an MA degree in Public Administration, Local Self-Governance and Public Policy at the same faculty. Parallel with his studies he participated in numerous non-formal education programmes mainly in the field of European integration and human rights both in Serbia and abroad.

He completed internships at the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic of Serbia and the Gender Equality Directorate Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia. Moreover, Vladimir has been engaged in the work of several CSOs in Serbia. Currently, he works as Junior Researcher at the European Policy Centre (CEP).

Fields of his interests include contemporary state, public administration reform, policy making and electoral law. He believes that society should be based on the principles of freedom and tolerance.
